What CEA Asks of Affiliates |

Your Continued Support and Collaboration is Appreciated
As a participant in the CEA Academic Affiliate Program, we ask that your institution agree to support study abroad and collaborate more formally on your school’s internationalization efforts through study abroad recruitment and operational practices.
To this end, CEA Global Education asks affiliate universities and colleges to:
- Display Literature - Make CEA literature available for students, display CEA posters where appropriate on campus and add a link to CEA’s website on the university website
- Transfer Credit - Assist students in transferring academic credit from courses taken through CEA study abroad programs
- Process Financial Aid - Facilitate, when possible, the transfer of financial aid for eligible students who wish to study abroad through CEA
- Promote Visits - Help with arrangements for CEA representatives to meet with prospective students, including study abroad fairs, classroom/office visits or tables on campus, when appropriate
- Consider Additional Programming - Examine the opportunity for additional programming for returning and alumni study abroad students to ease re-entry to the home academic institution as well as encourage future study abroad advocacy
CEA Global Education looks forward to forging a more meaningful relationship with our Academic Affiliates and the beneficial intercultural awareness such a relationship will afford faculty and students in today’s ever-evolving global marketplace.
